Our Development Services Group brings the history and experience of Hospital Affiliates Development Corporation (HADC), including the 29+ years of HADC providing facility planning, design, development, finance and management services to health care systems, physician groups and third party medical property owners.
We have provided health care and senior housing real estate experience to over 600 projects totaling in excess of $1.8 billion of construction cost and covering 35+ states throughout the US and 15 foreign countries.
