Jeffrey H. Miller

Executive Vice President – Operations and General Counsel
 
Mr. Miller has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Health Care REIT since 2006, and assumed the additional title of Executive Vice President Operations in 2009. He served as Vice President and General Counsel of the company from 2004 to 2006.
 
Before joining the company in 2004, Mr. Miller was a partner in the Real Estate Practice group at the law firm Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick. His practice focused primarily on real estate acquisitions and development.
 
Mr. Miller received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan.

Michael A. Noto
Senior Vice President – Management Services Group
 
Mr. Noto serves as Senior Vice President of the Management Services Group (“MSG”) of Health Care REIT. He is responsible for ensuring that the MSG’s hospital clients and physician tenants receive best-in-class property management services, timely management information and a wide array of leasing services. Mr. Noto has been with the company since September 2001.
 
Previously, Mr. Noto spent 13 years as a banking executive with responsibilities including commercial and real estate lending, credit administration and asset management. During his 17 years as a practicing attorney, Mr. Noto was involved in real estate financing, management, acquisition and disposition.
 
Mr. Noto received a BA and MBA from Rutgers University and a law degree from Pace University School of Law.

Brian R. Dunlay
Vice President – Finance & Planning
 
Mr. Dunlay serves as Vice President – Medical Facilities Group, Finance and Planning. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring, overseeing and/or facilitating the reporting, new investment integration, dispositions, operations and communications for the group’s assets and lines of business. Mr. Dunlay has been with the company since 2003.
 
Mr. Dunlay received his undergraduate degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen T. Buckeridge
Senior Vice President
 
Mr. Buckeridge is a senior member of Health Care REIT’s development and sustainability real estate platform.  He has 20 plus years of delivering health care solutions and projects for hospitals, health systems and physicians that promote collaborative care and alignment strategies.
 
Prior to joining the company, he worked as a Facility Planner and Program Manager for the U.S. Navy Facilities Engineering and the U.S. Navy European Command.
 
Mr. Buckeridge received a BS from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Maryland – Smith School of Business.

Daniel M. Klein
Vice President – Medical Facilities Group, Team Leader
 
Mr. Klein serves as Vice President – Medical Facilities Group, Team Leader. He is responsible for the leadership, oversight and coordination of business development, and origination and operations efforts for the medical facilities asset class. Prior to this position, Mr. Klein was Vice President – Asset Management at Health Care REIT. 

Before joining the company, Mr. Klein was Co-Founder and President of CB Richard Ellis/Reichle Klein, a full-service commercial real estate firm. He is an attorney and holds IREM’s CPM© (Commercial Property Manager) designation.
 
Mr. Klein received a BS from the University of Virginia and law degree from The University of Toledo College of Law.

William B. Roberson
Vice President – Medical Facilities Group
 
Mr.Roberson serves as Vice President of Medical Facilities Group. In this role, he originates and manages relationships with acute and post-acute hospitals and systems and their key physicians and developers to structure real estate solutions for hospitals and medical office buildings.

Prior to joining Health Care REIT, Mr. Roberson led the medical facilities group for General Electric’s health care real estate platform.  He has been in the health care real estate sector most of his professional career, providing real estate financing to hospitals, senior housing, medical office and health care REITs. 
 
Mr. Roberson’s received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama.

Ryan C. Doyle
Vice President – Medical Facilities Group
 
Mr. Doyle is Vice President of Medical Facilities for Health Care REIT. He is responsible for working with strategic health system and development partners on growing business strategies through the use of Health Care REIT’s real estate investment platform.
 
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Doyle was a Senior Consultant for Ernst & Young’s Health Sciences Advisory Services Chicago office, and Administrative Fellow for Indiana University Health. He also was Lead Project Manager for several National Institute of Health grants at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
 
Mr. Doyle received an undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Masters of Health Administration from Indiana University and Masters of Real Estate Development from Auburn University.

Christopher A. DiSalle
Vice President – Medical Facilities Group
 
Mr. DiSalle serves as Vice President of the Medical Facilities Group.  He joined Health Care REIT in 2008 and  is primarily responsible for the administration and execution of the company’s disposition strategy, which includes portfolio valuation, asset identification, sourcing and negotiating with institutional investors.
 
Prior to joining Health Care REIT, Mr. DiSalle served as Vice President of DiSalle Securities & Mortgage and DiSalle Real Estate Co.
 
Mr DiSalle holds a securities license and is a member of the Ohio and Michigan Association of Realtors. He earned his BS from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University.
