Vice Chairman

Mr. Klipsch is Vice Chairman of the Company, a position he has held since December 2006, and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Klipsch Group, Inc., a position he has held since 1989.  Since 1990, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Klipsch Audio Technologies and Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Klipsch Lanham Investments.   Mr. Klipsch served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Windrose Medical Properties Trust from its formation in 2002 until December 2006, when Windrose Medical Properties Trust merged with the Company.
