Mr. Loftus has served as Senior Vice President of the Company since December 2006. He served as Secretary and General Counsel of Windrose Medical Properties Trust from March 2002 until December 2006, when Windrose Medical Properties Trust merged with the Company. Mr. Loftus was Of Counsel to Bone McAllester Norton PLLC during 2002 and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs in Nashville, Tennessee from late 1997 to March 2002.
