Client Description:
The Orthopedic Clinic Association, a 17-physician, 120-employee orthopedic physician group with five locations throughout the Phoenix, AZ area.
Client Challenges:
Existing medical office building space limited the tenant’s ability to expand ancillary services.
Client Objective:
Install MRI diagnostic capabilities and create additional physical therapy capacity.
Health Care REIT Solutions:
After developing a space plan for the MRI installation and the physical therapy expansion, Health Care REIT coordinated the build-out for the MRI in conjunction with creating additional space for the physical therapy service. To accommodate the physical therapy expansion, Health Care REIT gained control of an adjoining suite for The Orthopedic Clinic Association by relocating the existing tenant to new space within the building.
"As we continue to expand our existing locations, Health Care REIT's Management Services Group has worked with us to make our growth possible. Not only are they assisting us with the installation of a new MRI, they are also helping us expand our physical therapy space. Every time there seems to be an obstacle, they have the answer."
